I placed an order on 5/4 and have received 1 email after I reached out telling me that it would be shipped the following Mon or Tue but still nothing.

We're so sorry for the late response. This was a complete oversight.

We're so sorry for the delay in our production and shipping time. This pandemic hurts us in various ways and we really apologize for any hassle we've caused. Upon checking, if we are not mistaken that your order is under the name of Yvette Hansen, it is delivered on the 28th of May. When the tracking number is released, our system automatically sends a shipping notification via email.
