When I applied for my tags it was less than three weeks and everything was mailed back to me. Make sure you have cross all your T's, dotted all your I's before mailing the form off. Accuracy is very important, because they can not correct any mistakes that are made, and that could cause a delay in the process, plus our postal system is a little behind. Good luck.
