They'll respond if you email them through their customer support link, but they have stopped responding to me because it's obvious my order is lost and they don't want to refund my money. They sent me a sarcastic response when I told them that, if did not hear from them about my order, I would report them to the Better Business Bureau. They're very unprofessional and devious.
