Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

If you gave them your credit card details I wouldn't trust them one bit not to bill you. I cancelled my credit card to stop further payments coming out as I couldn't get hold of them. Very inconvenient and the quality of the clothing is crap, so I wouldn't recommend buying anything either.

Hello, yes they will probably still charge you. This is what they did to me on my credit card.

You won't get charged until September and you only get charged if you do not buy anything or if you do not skip before the 5th of the month. I haven't bought anything in three months nor have I been charged in three months because I skip every month. The people who are charged are usually the ones who forget or didn't bother to read the terms of agreement which say that you can skip every month and not be charged. Just go onto the website every 1st to 5th day of the month and it's a simple click of the "skip this month" button.

You can cancel the subscription online, do it ASAP.

If anyone pays via PayPal, dispute through them. Thanks to PayPal I got all my money back!

There an option that allows you to 'skip' the charge for that month. Do not fall for it. They are counting on you to forget so that you will be more inclined to spend the credits you have been charged for. Basically, 'we will charge you every month. In return, you can use those Fabletics credits to buy our products.'

Just order your first order, get the cheap price. Then once you receive it give them a call and cancel your membership. That's what i did. Got amazing clothes really cheap, then cancelled and never had to pay again!

Yes unless you go to your account and opt to skip this month by August 5th. If you can't it go to the bottom of the home page and it should direct you to skipping the month. Otherwise call their customer service and have them walk you through skipping the month. If you don't do this by Aug 5th your account will be charged and it will show up as a credit on your fabletics account. I'm still mad at them but they have made a few positive changes. Good Luck :)

Did you read the terms and conditions when you signed up? The answer to your question is in there. You signed up for a membership and will be charged each month. The benefit of the membership is a monthly outfit of your choice. Your membership is flexible - if you do not want an outfit that month or to pay the monthly amount, go online and skip the month before the 5th and you will not be charged. It's a very simple process which they explained when you signed up. However, I understand most people don't read what they are signing and end up confused. If this business model bothers you, cancel your subscription.

I would email them or ring them to check, I think you might, so they don't charge you have to log in to decline every month between certain dates, which I think is the beginning of the month.
But Definately ring them!

You won't have to pay if you cancel your subscription. Call their customer service to cancel. Also you don't have to pay each month, you can skip and it doesn't charge your card however it's the customers responsibility to do this every month.

As I found out the hard way, you are signing up for a monthly membership not necessarily for a purchase. If you gave them a credit card number they will bill you. I would check with you card and get them to stop it ASAP.
