If the deals look too good to be true, then they are with this company. My advice, don't get sucked in by the low prices, they'll end up cancelling your ticket and not contacting you about it. Go to a reputable organization.

I actually have a great experience with them. Just know the day and time you booked, cancellations and changes might be difficult. Company has been around a long time in the U.S., my flights to Asia was flawless

Do NOT use FareGeek! They will take your money and buy the tickets from the airlines and then they send you the confirmation information so you feel like everything is good. Then, they refund the tickets with the airlines and they don't tell you until you go to print your ticket or try to book seat and then you can't figure out what is wrong, so you call the airline and they tell you, your tickets are not valid! Then, you try and try to get in touch with FareGeek and they send you an email saying, "Everything is OK." But it's NOT OK and they won't answer their phones. I literally used 500+ minutes on my cell phone trying to talk to SOMEONE but all I got was their message and sat on hold for hours every time I tried calling! I STILL have not received a return email from them (it's been over 5 months since they screwed me in the as*s!) Unless you like being screwed like that, DO NOT trust them!

I never had a single problem! I used them three times so far and everything was more than perfect

Don't use them the prices are great but you will probably end up at the check in desk with them having no knowledge of your booking and no way of contacting them a truly terrible company

I had a horrible experience as well. I'm much happier now having paid a few dollars more and gone through a different site where they actually do what they say they're going to do.

Avoid. Either go directly through the airline or through Priceline. This company is a sham.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with, and I have booked flights/hotel/car rentals with several different companies. They are INCREDIBLY rude, and has previous people have mentioned they are absolute crooks... they cancelled my ticket 3 days before I was supposed to leave because I supposedly didnt authorize the payment but they had called the DAY before asking for me to authorize the payment and I said yes you can charge my credit card (and for the record, I called my credit card company and they said there were no issues whatsoever on my end) and the best part of all (sarcasm) was that they finally 'worked' it out after I threatened a lawsuit and charged my credit card TWICE. Please save yourself a HUGE headache and NEVER book with this company!

Stay far away. Pay the extra money for a different site. I've been in this nightmare for 3 months now... they will rob you and threaten to cancel your ticket.

It's not just the price of the deal, but ask yourself, is your money safe? Will you get what you pay for?
