Omg PLEASE don't ever use this company! What a nightmare! Nothing but problems, and still no birth certificate. You have to pretty much do everything yourself. Get a letter notarized, fill out paperwork, send it to them. Then they file it. That's the easiest part! But you pay them 40 buck for NOTHING! That 40 bucks is their fee. You still have to pay for the actual certificate! Now, they sent my paperwork to the wrong county. So I paid 38 bucks to one county, now I have to pay another county, for THEIR mistake! Unbelievable! Not to mention, it takes them 2 days, to a week to respond to an email, and you will NEVER get them on the phone. Waste of time. Waste of money.

DO NOT USE THEM! They must be the worst in the business. I don't see how they have BBB ratings other than a 1 or 2. Tim, has been the worst. I have bank statement to prove my credit card was charged and yet he tells me on one occasion they tried to process 3 times then he changes it to 5 times. They now have my daughter and my information and I HATE my daughter ever got started with them. I have been running behind them for 2 months and my daughter 3 months before I got involved. The repeated say the card will not charge when I have the statement proving it has. When I told Tim I was going to move forward legally he immediately said he was going to issue a refund and don't contact them anymore.
