Ordered a flat iron on march 14. order number is f1914010389702. phone number busy, website has been updating for weeks. what the heck is going on?? i would appreciate an answer asap. when is my flat iron coming? joansteinel@gmail.com

Hey, I am not sure what happened to Folica, I used to order from them all the time in 2001 - 2013. I recently had to buy a new wand and found the site to be down and a LOT of complaints from customers not receiving their products. My guess is they went out of business, I'm just surprised they turned around and ripped everyone off in the end bc I had zero problems with them in the past - it's so unethical, illegal, and just plain disappointing that PEOPLE can be so horrible. I'm really sorry if I'm right. You need to call the company you used to pay for the iron and ask for a refund.
