Why don't any of their promo codes they advertise work and how did you actually get someone on the phone I have been calling customer service all day with no luck?

I am reading all the bad reviews and I am actually surprised. I ordered from Folica for years and never ever had an issue with a return or anything. I loved the Sedu line and was looking for another hair dryer. Is Sedu out of business too??
