Price was the factor (phone for young kids) so service wasnt a thought but maybe it should have been! Zero quality service out of Egypt and Philippines (dont blame the agents, blame the senior execs!).
The plan is good at the store since the salesman lied to me and I didn't know I can cancek within 15 days. He even didn't give me the copy of the signed contract to review but told me will send via email. I regretted to trust people and didn't read entire 2 pages with small letters before I signed. Freedom did it on purpose and a lot of people will be hooked like me. I couldn't have conversations to Burlington from Hamilton and too slow to search information. Watch out. Cheap and useless. I am wondering how they can do like that in Canada.
They have good plans for great prices and with no additional fees. My bill is the same price every month.
Their coverage has got a lot better in the last two years!
