Answer:

Reg ice packs probably will work, all you do is massage the skin, put an icepack in an old t shirt or something and use an acre bandage to hold it there. There is no difference in therre ice packs then there is one's you can get on amazon or the drugstore.

Answer:

My package came damaged and I can't get anyone to respond to me. They stated when I called to order they have a money back guarantee but funny, can't get a human to speak with me now and not responding to email. Should have researched further before purchasing.

Freeze2Trim has a phone # and email to which neither respond, it was on my receipt. (877)895-1477 (but if you click the actual phone # in the link it dials a different number. The email is Support@Freeze2Trim.com I would not recommend! Hope this helps
