How is this different from basic ice packs? Putting ice packs on yourself will not through your skin to freeze the fat without damaging your skin.

Reg ice packs probably will work, all you do is massage the skin, put an icepack in an old t shirt or something and use an acre bandage to hold it there. There is no difference in therre ice packs then there is one's you can get on amazon or the drugstore.
