How do you evaluate the work of customer support service in relation to novice traders?

Mhm… good question and there is a lot to be said about the customer support of FXlift.
Let me start with the good side.
Regardless of the experience level of the traders, the customer support is pretty much the same. Whatever account type you choose you have a dedicated account manager that you can contact 24/5. That's your personal customer support, and I think this can be useful for novice traders who are in the process of learning to orient and navigate the platform.
If you are a new client and have yet to register an account with FXlift you can contact the support only via email if you have some questions to clear out. The good side is that they answer promptly, but the downside is that they don't have a chat feature which is probably the most convenient tool for communication.
In general, FXlift is customer customer-centric brokerage company and provides EXCELLENT customer support.
