Steve - you seem to know things about the situation that I did not include in my post! Could it possibly be that you are in fact the owner of the website or perhaps the rude man himself about which I was complaining. You have also included an advertisement it seems in your posts - I think that is probably contrary to the rules of this site. You are also being a little bit petty I think.

Bob - I have reported you for your fake review on the other page. I assume it must be fake since you have given garagedoor-spares.com as your own website on your profile and I'm not quite sure why you would be buying parts off yourself - well I suppose that is possible - but the idea of you asking yourself for advice seems a little batty.

Richard... it's really not all that important you know - you don't need to waste your time concocting all this - if you are as good as you say then my little review won't damage your company at all - but by making dishonest fake reviews you're making the situation worse for yourself. BTW - I said I COULDN'T take a photo because there is no light in the garage - not that I couldn't be bothered to. But you are right - like most people I am lazy and would rather take the easy option which is why I got the part elsewhere. And me being lazy does not excuse you being rude.

Anyone else who is having trouble keeping up - Bob, Steve, Samantha, are probably all one and the same and are probably the owner of the site to which I gave a negative review (who is apparently called Richard and is an ex Royal Marine Commando) - they are at the very least colleagues, family, friends etc of the owner who have concocted a fake positive review and a fake conversation in order to big up the company that I was slating.
