I live in oregon and my wife lives in california...married 5 years...no kids...no property...we are on good terms...neither of us want anything from the other..no name change..no pregnancy...ho restraining order....uncontested. would you guys be able to handle this? for the $139 for both of us?

Dear John We provide services for an uncontested divorce. #Jane - We do not charge for empty papers. We charge $139.00 because we complete the papers. In your case we are still waiting for your rejection letter so that we can process your refund request but still you are unable to produce your rejection letter.

What do i do next. i download the papers and i am confused, do i take the papers to court

Answer:

If your spouse is with you. However if you're like me and go down and file them with your spouse they'll tell you all you have are attachment papers and need another paper that they did not provide and the only case worker they have wont reply to your repeated emails and they refuse you a refund.

Why do you need driver's license info if you already have social security number

Answer:

You don't need to provide your driver's licence if you don't want to. On the forms we need to mention the SSN as well as DL but if you are not comfortable than you can check the box none.
