Placed an order paid the amount and I received a confirmation saying its been processed. Later got an email saying the product i selected is out of stock. How can the product go out of stock after its already been processed for delivery?

They do eventually deliver, but don't bank on the product looking anything like the photos, and certainly don't expect on the date they say. I ordered flowers for The Philippines (Not the easiest place, I admit); they were 3 days late (meant for a birthday), and absolutely battered. They did send a replacement, in worst condition than first one. I dread to think how their food orders arrive. Seriously just avoid. Send some money through somebody like Western Union, and tell them to buy their own gift. Not the same I know, but at least your friend won't have to lie about how lovely their gift is.

Don't trust anything they say, same thing happened to me. Then they said was delivered but wasn't. Had to call my credit card company to get my money back! Get your money back now! No one should ever deal with this company... total scam

Don't waste your time to call, no one would pick up the calls. If you email them, they will play delay tactic. Report to your bank which issue your credit card, tell the bank everything and it will help you to get back the refund. For my case I got back my money in the end through the help of my bank.
Giftnidea is a cheater, please insist to get back your money, don't let them get the money easily.

They have all these "partner" stores everywhere and from what I have heard, orders keep getting mixed up all the time. I got confirmation of a couple of deliveries that weren, t even made. These were my first choice items that were replaced. At least they made it to their destination and the recipient was happy with the replacements. So it was a bit peculiar to be informed a few weeks later that the original orders had been delivered when they clearly hadn, t! Luckily, my card wasn, t charged.

They actually don't even send the products you think you are purchasing. They are a middle man. When I purchased the gift I wanted the person sent me a pic of it and it looked NOTHING like the picture. There is a fine print somewhere on their website that says they send similar products

They don't owe the products.
