We bought two note fives from glyde and had to confirm the credit card info, they said they would get back to us in two business days, it is now the fourth day and I have emailed them several times and no response, they took the money on the first day and the status still just says bought, what should I do?

Can you tell me the order number of one of the orders or the full name on the account? I can look into this and see if the orders went through successfully and if we have the proper email address for you. Thanks again.
