Got a iPhone SE that was in like-new condition for $100 less than new. Ran the diagnostics test on their app which tested every function. Good to know everything works when you buy use. Highly recommend!
Only a 7 day free return policy and we have been out of town with me trying to get used to this camera. I will be trying to figure out how to return it or I suppose resell it thru someone. I hate my Google Pixel 4a. Screen is way too small and the battery life is awful even with battery saver on and app saver settings. Will try to upgrade to the 4a5G, for size and function. My husband has that one and camera is much better as well as battery life. Just very disappointed in this Pixel phone versus others I have had.

I easily found the type of phone I was looking for, unlocked - in my price range and multiple colors! Ordering also easy, shipping fast, packaged very safely.
The phone came quickly and in good packaging. Phone looks almost new condition, so this was a great buy. No regrets. Thank you!
They offered to buy my phone as part of their trade in program. I sent it to them and was to be paid out in 3 days. That was nearly a month ago. At first they were apologetic, promising to fix the situation. Now they aren't returning emails and in the last reply I had from them they said " if I sent them my phone" even though I have emails confirming that they have it as well as confirmation from fedex on who signed for it when they received it. Very shady, they lie and in my opinion are compete scammers. Beware!
Came as expected. Buying was easy. Easy website to navigate. Only down side is this survey making me write 50 characters when my review is just basically good
I bought a refurbished Samsung S10e, and everything is perfect about it. Love the fact that I spent less than half of retail!
While the selection is good, the customer service is poor. I received a phone that worked fine except the left side of the touchscreen did not work. Had to send it back before they would send a new one. When customer service agent says that she understands, it does not mean agreement. Horrible customer service, defective phones. They are supposed to check out the phone before they send it. I was told they would not expedite my replacement. Now I will be several days without a phone while they send me a replacement. Would give zero stars if possible. Run, run, away.

-My phone came in with minor internal screen damage.
-Glyde was very difficult to get in touch with.
-When they did reach out (actually by phone, a surprise), I was given a 5% discount. Meh.
-Prices don't quickly adjust to other used phone prices across the market (ex. Ebay). So you might pay more. Glyde didn't feel any less sketchy than other marketplaces, given their being reticent to respond.
-But I did get a phone, and I wrote this review with it.
This is a good place to get all of the best mobiles at good discounts. I was able to order the phone that I wanted from them and these old it to em at a lower price than the prices I had seen in other places. THey didn't take long to process my order and the phen arrived in time. That is a good service.
Ordered an iPhone 8 for $275. Arrived in under 3 days. Perfect condition other than a few barely noticeable scratches on the screen. Works great, very happy with the purchase.
The shipping is taking way longer than when I started ordering

Soni was in the market to upgrade my 7 plus to a 8 plus. There are tons of deals out there. I almost didn't go with Glyde. I was invested mentally in Decluttr as they had really great pricing. Right aw I was about to purchase it online... something said to check their reviews again. So this time I got on BBB and the reviews were in large number but very unfavorable. Issues left and Right so I continued searching. Found Glyde and made the purchase with them for a pristine iPhone 8 plus unlocked. When I tell you they shipped it fast and it was basically a new phone with screen protector already perfectly assembled. Actually typing the review right now from it. Will definitely do business again as I am impressed.
Great condition, everything great. Shopping for an iphone glyde is where it at.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Never got my trade-in credit after multiple emails to follow up. Then they sent an email saying that the phone I traded in had been reported as lost or stolen and was no eligible for a trade-in credit. This total BS as I bought the phone and never reported it as lost or stolen. Now having to go through a dispute with my credit card company to get the $ I was promised. Stay away!
I purchased an iphone from Glyde in May of 2019. It was a good price and when the phone was received it was in great shape. What got me interested to buy from them was the buy back program they offered. I have contacted them two times, once on May 6 and again on May 26 trying to get an answer to a question and the buy back program. There immediate auto reply states that, "Your business is important to us and we will get back to you soon". I don't think this is true. I don't think they will ever reply by the looks of my situation and reading the reviews on this site. I would say, "Buyer Beware"!
I purchased a phone and I am very pleased with it. Great service!
This was my first purchase on the new glyde platform. The phone I received had a problem but I was able to communicate with the seller and send the phone back for a replacement. The replacement phone worked for me. The Glyde Connect app was easy to use on the new phone to confirm the diagnostics. Good prices and simple to use interface!
I bought a "good" condition iPhone X just for a week later it had gotten the green screen of death. I tried reaching out to the company by calling many numbers that were listed and no one ever picked up.

It takes awhile to get the shipping kits. Also, you are charged for them in addition to the listing fees.
Purchased what was advertised as a "like new" iPhone XS Max from Glyde, which advertises themselves as taking only the best pre-owned devices, meticulously going over every inch to make sure the devices listed for sale are exactly as advertised. After placing my order and receiving a confirmation email, I patiently waited for my shipping notification and tracking number. Nothing. Next day, nothing. Tried, unsuccessfully, to reach someone at the company for that info. This is another area that is a total waste. There is literally almost no customer service whatsoever. I went through the weekend with no response or shipping notification. On Monday, I sent another email asking for tracking as my phone had still not shipped. Magically, I received an email with tracking. When the phone arrived, it had a screen protector already installed which immediately set off my alarms. I removed the protector to find the screen completely full of scratches with the upper right hand corner of the screen covered with deep scratches.
I immediately sent an email describing what condition the phone was in (nowhere near like new) and that I would like a return label and full refund, as that's what their site advertises so heavily, "We've Got Your Back!". I've since sent three more emails and have received absolutely no response. I've tried tweeting them but get zero in return.
My advice? Stay far, far away from this site. Doing some digging, it appears they're no more than a middle man for outside sellers to peddle their phones through which is why there is almost no customer and zero help. Use Swappa. They've never let me down and check all the right boxes.
Buying a pre-owned phone can not only be very expensive but nerve wracking at the same time as you're putting your trust in the other party to advertise, provide and deliver what they're advertising. Based on my experience, Glyde certainly does not fit this bill.
Welcome to the future of buying and selling used phones.
