How do you get a response from support? I went to change password and was sent email to do so. Typed in new password,typed in a second time and submitted.Screen said password successfully changed. Went to login and get username or password wrong.Haven't been able to login since.That was 8 days ago.Got original rebo response they needed more info.Sent.Nothing.Requested ticket status.Nothing. What else can you do? Hundreds of US dollars spent and can"t get into the damn game!All this because I wanted to protect my account and change password? Does it always take this long?

Diane,

If you are talking about the Empier game, you change you password under the options tab, not through email. Looks like someone grabbed your information.
