When are you going to address the lag problems you have worldwide?
When are you going to stop gouging your customer base?
When will you have a support staff that is responsive in a timely fashion including on weekends and address all the issues/answer all tickets?
When are you going to give a single damn about your customers?

I hope you are aware that this site is NOT goodgame and they will never see your post here. Best to sign up on goodgame, get into their forums, and/or send letters to support. That's the only way the right people will ever see your concern. (And ignore it as they have been for everyone elses identical concerns.)
