Yes! In my experience with the first shipment I believe was delivered to the wrong address by the postal service but upon reaching out through chat to Gossby they immediately sent another one which I received withing 10 days at absolutely no cost to me. Their response time was impeccable! I love my new mug!

Its not great, in my experience. I emailed both of their 'help' emails (they don't have a phone number on their site that I could find). I'm waiting after 2 days to hear from them. I understand they might be busy, but they need to have a faster response time.
