I am the Customer Service Manager here at GroopDealz! Our accounting department is working hard and fast to get all of these payment issues resolved. We are working on a new payment system, which has caused some delays and we are working through it. We are grateful for all our sellers and customers who have been so patient throughout this process. We really do appreciate all that sellers and customers do for our site as we continue to grow.

We are currently switching our payment methods to sellers, which has unfortunately caused some delay. We sincerely appreciate all of our seller's and the service they provide for our customers. Like I said, we hope this can all be resolved soon.
Stay AWAY! They are horrible to work with as a seller
It takes me 60-180 days to get paid and I have to beg and send at least 10 emails, then half the time the amount is wrong and never corrected. I was given a phone number to call and I have never once gotten a call answered or had a call returned. Worst part is every single time, they want to get me to reduce shipping prices and I have to show them that the post office rates online are x but they want me to cut x in half. Then they ask me weekly to submit more deals but then give me issues on every deal I submit even if it's a deal I've ran before. If they didn't owe me so much money I would avoid them. So tragic because they used to be so awesome.
If you're asking about selling on their site AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE. Jane.com is a MUCH MUCH MUCH better site and usually way higher sales. If you're asking about purchasing something on there it can be hit and miss with vendors I've heard of some not sending product but there are others that are awesome. The vendors don't get paid by the site until your product has been shipped and in most cases not until WEEKS after you've actually received it.
They don't pay their vendors so that is why you may not receive your order.
