As a vendor, I've gotten emails from groopdealz/ eleventh avenue support and replied, then these emails have been returned to me saying I'm spam and the email won't be delivered. I literally click reply and this happens. Also when you get a hold of a vendor directly, the website doesn't notify us of an email (I get a notification 1 out of every 5 emails, maybe), so unless we check regularly, I never know someone contacted me. Their seller site isn't mobile friendly, so it's not like I can check on my phone or iPad when I'm not in the office. I have told groopdealz/ eleventh avenue so many times about this, no fixes as of yet.
Definitely a vendor issue. I'd take it up with customer service as much as you can. The site is horrible to vendors but not all vendors that sell there are bad. Vendors are required to send product before they will get paid so if you haven't gotten your item they definitely haven't gotten paid. I'd push for a refund from the company (GroopDealz/Eleventh Avenue) because they're the ones who have your money.
I WAS a vendor. They don't pay us vendors so we don't ship your order.
You have to call management sometimes their vendors just do not deliver. I had the same problem. They ended up refunding me because they couldn't get in contact with the vendor.
