Hello, Our return policy in no way includes shipping products back to China. We offer returns on most products within 30 days of delivery. When you return them, you send them back to our offices in Washington State. Here is the return policy: https://www.groovebags.com/pages/return-policy We are owned and operated out of Washington State in the USA, but we do manufacture and ship our products from China. We do this so we can offer 100's of different designs and not have to keep inventory on so many different products (which is very cost-prohibitive for a small company). When someone makes an order, we create your products and ship them directly to you. We include the shipping/production times in multiple places on the website, including every product page and in the shipping information page found in the sites footer, here: https://www.groovebags.com/pages/we-ship-worldwide We make it easy to return products if they don't fit, or if you don't like them. The only time you cannot return the product is if you've used it, such as putting on shoes and walking around outside, because this makes them dirty and we cannot resell the item. Hi Barbara, That reply from Diane S. Is not accurate. We provide a 1 time FREE size replacement, so there are no returning shipping costs. If your shoes don't fit, just contact us at support@groovebags.com and we will help you with a FREE size replacement. I know this msg is really old, but I am just now seeing it, so I wanted to clarify this with accurate info. We wish you the best and hope to see you shopping soon!
