Look in the app under info, there is an email to cancel, they responded quickly and canceled mine.

Trust me... DON'T BOTHER! WORST COMPANY EVER. Since SHUTTERFLY bought the out! HORRIBLE QUALITY NOW AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
CANCEL ACCT and don't get another one!
