I need the number to groovebook.com i dident received my pictures

Answer:

They are a horrible company... until the BBB or Attorney General's office gets on their case, they'll keep abusing customers. They didn't respond as Groovebook, and now with Shutterfly it's the same deal. Cancel your payments and sever your ties with them... otherwise you'll have aggravation forever. BJ

So i am new to groove book--i actually received my first book in the mail today--i am super excited about it--and i agree the quality of some of the pictures is not good, but, i am reading all the comments that say it is hard to cancel your subscription when your ready and that concerns me... 1 of the reasons i signed up was because it said cancellation was easy... now i am truly concerned... should i be?

Answer:

It is impossible to cancel! I had to dispute 6 months of charges to my credit card. Groovebook responded to my email cancellation 3 times and confirmed cancellation. However they continued to charge me. Thank goodness my CC expired so now every month they email me to say they are having trouble processing my payment and need a new CC. They are awful!

Yes if i have 400 pictures can i get 4 books done

Answer:

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME! LOVED it until Shutter fly bought it... then the picture quality went to crap... grainy... poor color. HORRIBLE! There is NO customer service person to speak to... only email... and all you get is a generic scripted answer. IF you haven't signed up. DONT! If you have CANCEL!

Answer:

Cancel altogether - this is the beginning of many problems.

How do i end my service with groovebook? i am 75 years old and do not take that many photos with my phone... it is good for my granddaughter but not so much for me.

Answer:

Only way is to email them and tell them that effective the date of your email... you no longer want to be subscribed to their service (or lack thereof). If they continue to chg you. Dispute with your bank and they will stop any further debits from your account

Question:

Just got kicked off while telling you how happy i was with most of my 3,000 pictures i ordered. i have been charged 3.18 for my past dozen books or so, no one told me you were raising prices. i order 3 to 5 books a month, most of the pictures are donated. we want an 800 number.

Answer:

I have lost all confidence in this company since they have no customer support number and fail to respond to an email! I was so excited to but this as a gift to my 3 daughters (which was information I included in my email) and one would THINK they would have responded. Very disappointing and not a company I want to work with. Shark Tank should be equally disappointed!

How the heck do you contact anyone to help you reset password?! i can't get into my account because i have lost my password. it is going on four weeks and numerous groovebook web sites trying to get help! as it stands right now i can't even cancel my membership! this ridiculous and i sure hope someone will answer this email as none of the others were answered!

Answer:

Don't bother! Cancel your membership asap! The quality since Shutterfly bought it is HORRBLE... grainy, poor color, and their customer service is worse!
