on 8/11/16I spent 24 minutes on the phone with them only to be told their product was perfect and problem was with my network. The person did not have a clue about what he was talking about.
Called what was supposed to be a customer SERVICE representative, but the last thing that this person was interested in providing was anything close to service, after the call things were just as puzzling as they were before I called and the worst part is this isn't my first experience in dealing with the rude reps that are employed by Harbor Freight. 2 thumbs down for the customer service line
According to the store you HAVE to go through there phone customer service yet when I have tried calling now for 2 weeks it says you must contact us online, and then tells you of a dead address to go to and hangs up
I had no problem contacting their service department, But they didn't have the part I needed.
Good luck with that. I tried for over 2 months with no response, until I got "I am sorry, that item (a drill battery) is no longer available. So now I have over $300 of Chicago Electric tools. Harbor Freight's brand name, that are useless because the batteries are not available.
