They call to tell you that deal is no longer available. Then they say for a higher price we can get you on a higher tier seat that just became available. Then if you say ok, then you have to wait 48-36 hours to see if your credit information is correct. Then they have to contact the airline to see will they accept the price. Then make sure your name, etc is correct on the ticket
