They will twist the terms and conditions to make sure you do not get any (or hardly any) I of your money back Avoid and book with a reputable company unless you have cash to throw away. They advertised Scarah Cottage in Ripley north Yorkshire as a 5star Luxury property. When we arrived for a week long holiday the interior was so substandard we decided to leave within 25 minutes
