These people are just modern day pirates.
Even if you have a genuine reason to cancel you will not get refunded.
They will twist the terms and conditions to make sure you do not get any (or hardly any) I of your money back

Avoid and book with a reputable company unless you have cash to throw away.
I do hope that someone will have the time to take this company to court.

Very easy, but they are very poor at replying to concerns - they still haven't supplied a copy of their complaints procedure and despite confirming in writing that the property that we rented was substandard when we arrive they have refused to offer any compensation
