HOPPER IS A SCAM. THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD BUT I NEVER DEALT WITH THIS COMPANY. I CONTACTED THEM AND THEY REFUSE TO REIMBURSE ME. I BEEN VICTIM OF THEIF. STAY AWAY FROM THISE SCAMMERS

Not technically but if you are good deals on a flight and want to freeze them, they won't freeze it at the price, it'll be an unrelated price, likely much more expensive then the price you wanted to freeze it at

In my honest opinion yes they are. They might have good intentions as a business but don't follow through with any of them which is shady. I just like everyone else have no received a refund that I paid extra for cancellations for over 6 months and have tried to contact them over 30 times. Absolutely unreal. Hopper can $#*! off.

Yes will not give me a refund even though I bought cancel for any reason insurance. Customer service wont even reply to me steer clear of this site

Yes quite frequently you will find better prices out there. If you need to change a flight or any sort of customer service this app is not for you. Their cancel any time for any reason insurance only applies to Hopper the airlines will not acknowledge it and will charge you a 200 dollar cancellation fee even with the insurance. This app is simply awful.
