Why does customer service leave inoperative phone numbers claiming they are trying to resolve my issue? The number they called from is outgoing only as well. Really disappointed in this once great company. Judging by reviews... everyone now thinks they suck.

In my case it was only when I convinced a Hotwire customer service representative that I needed to speak to her supervisor that I got any "service."

Hotwire was a good company at one time, I use to used them and refer them to my family and friends all the time, but something happen along the way. The customer service stinks. They put you on hold for 40 to 50 minutes and when you finally get to speak to someone there is never any good results. Also, I have to question some of there business practices; they no longer appearance to be a trustworthy company. They are out to rip people off.
