I want to submit an order but am concerned as of this date if hob shipments now run on time?. have issues w vendors & courier services been resolved?

Answer:

Nope! Try Amazon instead. HOB is not fulfilling shipments at all. Numerous customers never receive their orders or only receive a portion of their order with no refund

House of Beauty is a scam retailer. Check their BBB rating and don't rely on SiteJabber or TrustPilot reviews b/c House of Beauty pads their reviews and pays SiteJabber and TrustPilot. They post generic responses to these sites within 24hrs but won't respond to your emails or answer their phone.

Why can't i get any answers. from email or phone calls. the emails are being deliberately obtuse. and not answering the problem. cannot get through on the phone. they say leave a number but they never call back either. so my question is how do i contact someone who will address my problem.

Answer:

Your stuck like everybody else honestly it's ridiculous because it's the pandemic that's causing their phones and computers to not work. Even amazon wont help even if your payment method was with them.

I placed an order on september 25th, 2015. order # hob-362168. the item ordered was 074108178237 but incorrectly received item be47x. i have sent 3 emails to have the problem rectified but i have not received any response. please help. this is not good customer service. i am only requesting what i ordered as i do not want the incorrect item that you sent

Answer:

You'll have to take photos of the ship box inside and out, the item box and all the parts before they send it to a department that will decide if you get a refund. If you send it back for a refund they keep 20%, They changed their Refund Policy yesterday. Look at the BBB rating F. File a claim with the Federal Trade Commission & BBB
