I placed an order on September 25th, 2015. Order # HOB-362168. The item ordered was 074108178237 but incorrectly received item BE47X. I have sent 3 emails to have the problem rectified but I have not received any response.

You'll have to take photos of the ship box inside and out, the item box and all the parts before they send it to a department that will decide if you get a refund. If you send it back for a refund they keep 20%, They changed their Refund Policy yesterday. Look at the BBB rating F. File a claim with the Federal Trade Commission & BBB
