Answer:

Because of the serious negative consequences of my condo assoc's general liability company relying on the veracity of a superficial misdirected and off target hydroscout report, i would have much preferred to have had a serious professional licensed engineer handling this botched up job

Not too difficult for setting up appointments but very hostile, aggressive and non-conciliatory when attempting to discuss low quality acceptable work

My insurance adjuster selected Hydroscout for their allegedly credible reputation. I do not trust Hydroscout and can not recommend them
