“Precise leak detection?”

My property insurance company hired Hydroscout to purportedly do leak testing of the drain pipes above my ceiling which are corroded, 47 year old cast iron pipes that have been appearing to ooze fecal matter. Hydroscout failed to adequately inspect those pipes and followed the direction of a biased party presenting disputed facts in determining scope. Misquoted and misrepresented statements i made. Worthless report that hydroscout aggressively defended.

Tip for consumers:
Ask Hydroscout to do the precise leak detection techniques they describe on their website and to clearly write up methodology.Also, direct hydroscout to not accept reports of alleged facts from non-independent parties and to allow anyone other than who hired them and concerned party for whom the testing is being done to direct the scope

Products used:
Allegedly leak detection but report showed highly superficial, limited methodology, failure to attempt to adequate detect leaks in any of the corroded pipes shown—-false statements about what i allegedly said—and direction taken from a biased party
