How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at ipower. energy?

Answer:

They have no phone number. Email is the way they communicate but they do not respond. They didn't even reply via email to NSW Fair Trading when being investigated.

Answer:

Good pricing if a product that met my needs. I guess the old addage if its to good to be true applies here. I would never use or recommend this company again
