How do you know if service is a legitimate or not. lots of good reviews but none for the tech that spoke to me. any way to get a list of techs names

This company IS NOT with Microsoft. They likely posted many of these reviews themselves! Call Microsoft and use their far more affordable service if you have security concerns.

For an example we have passed the Microsoft test and took the certification. Along with we have ability to fix all kind of computers which is based on Microsoft platform.
