I WOULD NEVER ORDER FROM THEM. TRUST ME. I GOT STUCK WITH A DRESS I COULD NOT WEAR AND COULD NOT RETURN. ORDER FROM A LOCAL STORE INSTEAD.

Stay away from Izzidresses! They will only give you heartache. You can't depend on them for anything. They will rip you off.

Don't waste your time or money. Even if they say they will do something it doesn't mean they will. This place is a complete and total ripoff. The product is so bad it's unbelievable - something you wouldn't wear on Halloween.

In the end i got a lovely dress from Good old trusted Macys even took the dress back to macys for a a smaller sise no problem and paid less the 100.00 for a stunning dress. Look go to Macy's, Nordtrom, Dillard's, Davids Bridal all in united states. Having had numerous problems with this Company based in China, I suggest you look for something closer to home and definitely avoid 'shipping costs'! My credit card server is in dispute with Izidress. And Izidress have warned me it will take up to six months for me to be reimbursed to the tune of almost One hundred and seventy five English pounds! You have been warned! Be careful!

I agree... don't waste your money. The dresses are nothing like the photos... poor quality harsh material... wrong colours... horrible!
You are better to put your money in a pile and set it on fire... quicker result!

I would stay away from this company at all costs! I got my daughters prom dress at Davids Bridal for her prom this past June. The dress was reasonably priced and they have a very large selection. I would not order from izidresses.

Hello, you probably can but i do nit trust this company. They totally mess up my wedding dress. I had to purchase another one. The will not refund you yoyr money back

You can, but I wouldn't if I were you. Apparently they are known for sending wrong sizes and even wrong colors and you can't return them.

I am not every order from there again.

DO NOT order from these people! You will either get a dress in the wrong color or the wrong size and there is not returning or getting your money back. Trust me... DON'T DO IT!

If you want to lose money and be frustrated, order from them. They stole my money and the dress. After many back and forth by e-mail they told me that if I return the dress they will reimburse me the money. I'm still waiting since Feb. 2015. No money and no dress. I wish I should keep the dress, bc I could sell it. The dress came two sizes smaller than the order that I placed. They are a scam.

Unfortunately I didn't read this reviews before ordering my dress. I had the same expirience as all this people. Now I am an unhappy owner of a terrible dress and I don't know what to do with it. What you see on the pictures is not what you get. Don't buy anything from IZI DRESS! You'll just throw your money away. Stop this unserous company!

Karen whatever you do don't buy from them or any china store as i not only got caught with one but two outfits that were custom made to my measurements and neither of them went close to fitting me.And i am still fighting with them for a return and refund i lost $400 and they say they will pay back $15 so i'm still fighting even if you send the articals back they won't refund the full amount, also you get hit with the change in dollars as well as freight both ways, so be warned don't buy to start with there is a site in melbourne that you can buy lovely gowns from just cant remember the name, my daughter trust brought her wedding gown and 4 bridesmaid dresses all fit perfect and were good quality.

Please, please, please do not order anything from these people. Horrible customer "no-service", terrible cheaply made products, my dress was not even CLOSE to the one I ordered. Dress was not fit to even donate to Goodwill. They refused to refund one penny of my money. PLEASE stay away from these CROOKS. The company should be shut down!

Go to the IziDress site you will see a chat box and you can type your question there to get an immediate answer or e-mail them and wait for a response. When ordering my dress I used both methods successfully. Hope that helps
