I sadly only got 30 dollars from them and didn't think it was possible with the credit card and wish I had tried. It seems like that is the only way. I sent many pictures and tried with them and there is no way to get it all back from them there is definitely a scam going on sadly and we all end up out 200 dollars or more. Best idea is the credit card company telling them they are a scam company.

DO NOT DO ANY FURTHER BUSINESS WITH THEM! If you paid by credit or debit card put a stop on the transaction. Isus ripped me off for several hundred dollars. I ordered a dress that was suppose to be "custom" made. I had a seamstress do all the measurements for me. I ordered the dress the end of January last year for my sons very formal very military wedding that was the 25th of May last year. Plenty of time for the dress to be made and delivered to me. Well the middle of April I called them and they said I would have the dress by the end of the month, they didnt say which month! I got the dress ten days before the wedding. It didnt fit the color was not what I ordered and it was very shoddy in workmanship. It was very cheap looking. I had to try to find a seamstress to fix it and it being prom/graduation season they were all booked! I ended up having to pay a seamstress another 150.00 to basically remake the dress. It was horrible. I felt so embarrassed at the wedding and. I was furious. Izi said well you had it altered and you should have sent it back to us to fix it! Yea right! GET OUT OF THE TRANSACTION AS FAST AS YOU CAN!

Lodge a dispute with your credit card company. This needs to be done within 30 days. When Izidresses ask you to return the dresses request a reply paid postage for their address. Don't compromise or give in as they are unrelenting with their silly and unrealistic compensation offers. Let your credit card company sort it out. Good luck.

I contacted my credit card company and had a dispute started. The next day I received a full refund from them. Izidress would not do anything.
