You are lucky you got your money back I couldn't get mine back and now has been too long to go through the credit card sadly. Stuck with an orange cone colored dress that cant be resold anyways because of how poorly not symmetrical it is either. Plus the emails I got from them were not completely English. I wish I had seen this all long before and didn't loose that money.

I actually sent my poorly made dress for $24 shipping cost (did not track it past US) - to their address they sent me IN CHINA. My refund occurred via a dispute and it was not hard / my credit card company refunded to me and went after them. They emailed me for endless days then stopped. I did not retract my dispute and told them I would cancel dispute only after they confirmed receipt of the dress. Of course they can't use any returned dress again / it's dumb. Yes, i also was contacted by Cookie and many others. I sent all the photos to both / agree IZIDRESS is scam city. They should honestly be shut down / nothing is sized correctly. I did get $180 back and encourage anyone thinking about ordering from IZI to pass.

Same as Paula, Lauren. I think it cost us $50.00 to return our two dresses (my friend/daughter's future mother-n-law ordered ours together). Returning two made still come out ahead even with the shipping. My Credit Card company took my complaint and reversed the charge and then took the legal actions and took back the payment from Izidress. You WILL start getting emails AND phone calls from Izidress then. I just stood firm and said I wanted an email from them saying I could return the dress and they would give me a full refund (not for shipping because that is part of their stated conditions as is a FULL refund for a faulty dress.) Send lots of pictures to your credit card company when they ask for them as well as to Izidress. It took a few months and countless emails with them, but they finally emailed that I could return the dress and they would refund my money. You may have to go through that process for your credit card company to keep the refund in your account rather than the CC company having to reverse it back to a charge because there was no follow through. If you talk to Cookie from Izidress, tell her I said Hi.- Just kidding.

Thankfully my credit card company took my dispute and gave me a full refund including the shipping. Izidresses did hound me by phone and email to try to get me to drop the dispute but I didn't trust them and let my credit card company handle it. I am happy to say I got a full refund and threw the dress in the garbage where it belonged! Also I did not have to do anything I just filed the dispute with my credit card company. Lesson learned about buying a dress on line!

You can't unless you spend more than the dress is worth and still are probably not going to get a refund. Sorry, but just take it as an expensive lesson learned

I wanted to return my mother-of-the-bride dress (which was NOT what I expected from the pic on their website) and it went through their review process after I complained. The dress had all this beading that was not on the dress in the pic as well as was stiff instead of flowy. They decided that the error was not their fault and all they did for me was credit me $10. DO NOT order from this company ever again. They are a knock-off company - meaning they either take pictures from other websites and try to sew a dress to look like the picture - instead of selling original dresses and then have a terrible return policy. My suggestion is to resell your dress at a consignment shop and take a loss and learn the lesson.

I contacted my credit card company & filed a dispute. You have to get a seamstress to send in a report to your credit card company. And you have to pay to send the dress back to China. All the while letting Izidresses know your intentions. It was a real long problem for me but I got my money back. Hope you do.

You can but it will cost you about 300.00 to ship it back. They know this I fought with them to get a 75.00 credit and bought another one and still had to pay to have it altered. DO NOT ORDER FROM ANY COMPANY IN CHINA>

It's virtually impossible because despite their website claims, they will NOT send you a pre-paid shipping label regardless of the reason (even if problem is completely their fault). And returning the dress actually costs more than the dress itself. It's an absolute SCAM! I finally contacted my credit card company and disputed the charges. After their investigation, my credit card company refunded 100% of my money. Thank goodness!

I don't think you can. But you can re-package it and hand it into the salvation army or another non-for-profit and perhaps it will make somebody else out there happy. And you put this down to an expensive mistake. How is Izidresses still doing business?
