So disappointed my dress arrived today it arrived in a plastic bag with me saying Oh No this can't be good and it wasn't. The dress on the sight is a white top and toiled bottom with a champagne lining. The color is gray with a pale green lining, it is really ugly. Looks like I may be stuck with it. So I beg you DO NOT. DO NOT... DO NOT purchase anything from Izi dress
I hope you paid with a credit card. Dispute the charge with your credit card company. I did and was given the credit. I never heard from Iziz again despite them saying it would take six months or so to resolve the problem!
To be honest I cannot believe they are still trading on the Google website. Shame on this website for allowing these fraudulent Chinese companies to do business!
The address to them is not a true address it is very hard to get in contact with them the number on the website that you called always go to a voicemail I left several messages and no return call I was communicating with them through email eventually it all stopped so it is very hard to get a correct address and to call and talk to someone and you can forget about it you would not receive a refund for any purchase item through their company

That is what was on the label for the dress they sent me. Seriously anything I can do to help shut down this scumbag of a company. After many stressful emails back and forth with them all they could possibly offer me was 10 dollars back. That's it. It's unbelievable what they are getting away with.
