on 8/4/15Call your Credit Card Company right away. Ask to speak to the Fraud Dept. They can stop payment and refund your money. Capital One was wonderful. Thank God for that. What a horrible experience. I wouldn't even give this dress to Good Will. Hope it works out for you
You likely paid by credit card, right? Dispute the charge. You may have to return the dress at your own cost, and be sure to send it with a request for proof of delivery. It cost me about $35, but the painful part was getting Izidresses to provide the return address--which was not the one on the return label on the package delivered with the hideous dress. My credit card company was very familiar with Izidresses, and I did ultimately get a refund for what I paid for the dress. Izidresses was uncooperative UNTIL they learned I had disputed the charge. Then they wanted me to cancel the dispute based on their promises to refund my money. Like THAT would have happened! Don't even bother dealing with Izidresses, or whatever they are calling themselves these days. Take photos and document everything, and deal only with the credit card company.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE tell her to STAY AWAY from these Rip Off Merchants. Their product is disgusting and nothing like the advertised item
I am going through this process now... I immediately took photos & emailed them through, demanding a refund. At first they went on with the usual "your dress is beautiful but If you can't keep it sell it or give it to friends". I told them to wake up! They then told me they would give me a $20 refund & that I should be "so happy because that is a lot of money" ( I paid $300AU for the horrible dress). I threatened them with legal action & told them I would be returning the dress. At this point they have agreed, wanting the tracking number as soon as I have it. I will let you know how I go, I'm fully expecting another round of bull$#*!! I reside in Queensland Australia.
The dress is not what you expected at all?
Send your bank pictures of the dress compared to the one you ordered., specify in detail the poor quality... your bank should return your money back. That's what my bank did.
INITIALLY IN PUT IN A STOP PAYMENT, BUT SINCE i DID GET THE DRESS, THE BANK CHARGED ME ANYWAY. I GOT REALLY RIPPED OFF. ITS HORRIBLE.
Put in a claim with you bank to stop payment... Tell them what's going on...
