I have sent all the required paperwork for rebate but have not received anything back.

I am in the same boat.
I have not received my rebate and filled out all the paperwork correctly. My order was 9/16/2021.
They have not offered any assistance to help. I have reached out multiple times.
They over charge with processing fees and then with the offer of a rebate... which is not easy to follow the directions. Yout have to fill out rebate form which is not available for 30 days and has to be filled out 60 days from purchase. Then 4 months later they will not send the rebate with an the response is to wait it will come... I have been hearing for 2 months.

They try to scam people out of the rebates by delaying and then giving you a run around. Dishonest company. Should be reported to state attorney general for consumer fraud,

They are a scam, their strategy is to reject your rebate forms until the time runs out. Dishonest company, when I called them, their agent said 'ok'. Literally just 'ok' to all my questions. What is the status of my repair- ok, why have you rejected the rebate- ok, what should I resend -ok, I won't order from you- ok. Ridiculous!

It takes forever to receive the rebate I bought my contacts may 27th 2021 and I just received the rebate today July 15 2021.

Yes I am battling the same thing right now... I only bought from them because of such a good deal and rebate. But I've been waiting over 2 months and still nothing! I think they are hoping I will forget about it but they are wrong! I need that $100 and am counting on it. I won't stop bothering them til I get it. I'd advise you to put a reminder on a calendar like I do so you can call them once a month until it is resolved and you get your money. It's BS if you ask me!

Yes, same run around with me and checking their Rebate Site always provides nothing and locks up screen no matter what computer I use.

I wish... my two last orders never arrived, no tracked shipping available, lost $200. I contacted them but it's all white noise. Consumer fraud, never again.
