We cover the cost of all domestic return shipping for all styles. In the case of any change-of-mind or sizing issues, we offer store credit. In the unfortunate situation that a style is faulty or any other similar issues, we we would give you the option of store credit, an original payment refund or the reimbursement of any repair costs. Proper refund is IMPOSSIBLE! You will never speak to a live person.
Store credit is what their website states. It doesn't look like they give you a refund.
We never received our product and got a full refund.
