Is maxnovelty a scam or a legit company?

Answer:

Scam! Pay attention to reviews. Sadly I did not. I paid months ago and still no product, no refund and no recourse. Several orders others have received apparently are missing items like the PAINT!?

So why is the company allowed to operate. i too have been waiting for over 4 weeks and paid over $100 for 4 paint by numbers. why.

Answer:

Contact your bank and tell them you had an unauthorized China transaction... they will take the money back and credit you!
