I have to say that MINDS is a legit company. But, as to how they operate, do not count on MINDS being legitimate. They say one thing and do completely another. They do not follow their own community guidelines. When they BANNED my account I only got notice of the BAN and no previous NOTICES were ever give and sent via any emails and that constitutes a lawful record of their actions. Actually, inaction in this case, because they simply BANNED my account claiming SPAM, which I am NOT involved with, nor have I ever been involved with in any way, shape, or form. So, I follow the procedure laid out for their review process, and requested to know when the first two notices of violation of the Community Guidelines hand been breached. As of this date and time, they have NEVER responded. This means that the TRUSTEE'S at MINDS did not have a legitimate complaint and/or reason for the BAN, and they know it. IF MINDS was correct in doing what they did, then why would MIINDS not respond,... gleefully, and present the evidence that they have? If I were to take MINDS into a Chancery, an Equity Court for their willfully negligent wrong doing, my request would not only be to point out their foul and disrepreuatle conduct, but to also give an Order, a Writ of Mandamus, order that MINDS be foreclosed, liquidated and dissolved for their unconscionable action. This would be easily be achieved in a Court of Equity; NOT, in a statutory Court of Law. In such a Court the Beneficiary can not only been seen, but also heard. MINDS is the Trustee, and Trustee through the fake-entity MINDS will not be able to give a legitimate answer for their deeds, which will then cause the Chancellor to sign the Order.
