I place and order on 12/04/16. i haven't received anything. i've tried emailing and calling them and not getting any type of response. i didn't receive any type of tracking #.

Answer:

Call your credit card and get refunded that's what I had to do I made a order on Black Friday and still no tracking and they haven't answer in 2 weeks so I filed a claim against them to get my money back ASAP

Because. Most of the time they are damaged or they skip alot and they dont have a case and they have $#*! customer service and what you buy you are stuck with. Regardless of what you get.go to amazon and shop.
