Will I get my refund or did I get scammed?

It's s horrible website wish they would be shut down horrible quality not worth it and you will only gets refund if you pay shipping back to them and they don't post your comments! DO NOT SHOP ON THIS SITE!

You probably won't get your refund. I've been waiting since 10 November to get mine, and it is over a month later. They keep saying they issued it and it "takes a while" to be reflected in my statement, but let's be honest... no bank takes that long! They're totally scamming.

When I placed my order, I had ordered 2 items. One was out of sock, and they told me I could pick out something, which I did not want to. Then when I shirt I did order arrived, it was not as described, very very poor quality. I emailed them several times. I did everything I was suppose to do as far as filling out the return form. After several weeks of hearing nothing from them, they finally replied and told me I could return the item, and pay the shipping, which was very expensive. They had the nerve to tell me I would be better off to keep the shirt and give it to someone else for a gift! Really? Asked them why they didn't post my comment on their website about the quality of their clothes, and their customer service... no answer. Finally told them I would serve the web, and post comments where ever I could... for people to beware! So the short of it, you will only get a refund if you pay shipping back, and then it will not be a full refund. Wish I had known about the site before I ordered.

First they offered me 20% refund, then said they would increase to 30% as a goodwill but they said they would place it on my account for future purchases. The item was faulty and of very low quality. I asked for a refund and even got in touch with Trading Standards. Nothing worked. They told me to pass it on to a friend or family member. I argued for days but ended up telling them to stick it! I could return it for a 30% refund if I paid the postage. I had paid £7 for express delivery in the first place! They say the rest of the refund is to cover their shipping costs which we pay!

They will say they will give you 60% back and you have to pay for shipping to China which is expensive

If you paid by paypal you will get your refund in time. Paypal has created an entire division solely for the purpose of handling Modlily complaints and returns! That in and of itself should tell you and anyone else to NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM MODLILY. They falsely advertise their product and they try their damndest to not return your money. BUYER BEWARE!

Argue with CC or paypal for warranty of merchantability as their own size chart is a failure vs. merchandise and so is the hems. I won after a month of BS from the company.

As mine never arrived, I got my whole refund back, not sure what happens if the item actually arrives though whether you have to pay postage or not.
