I wish I could tell you, all I know is do not accept a credit to their site. Maybe complain to your credit card company regarding their fraud?

I would contact Carl -- he is very good! His e-mail address is: carl@ncrowd.com. Good luck, Ev

As somebody previously mentioned here try carl@nCrowd.com. I did and Danielle refunded me by way of credit@ Boomtown. I also believe your credit card co is obliged to refund you.

N Crowd just keeps going bankrupt after they take your money and dont the vendors. I was burned by them as NCrowd and before that they were Deafind
Stay away and report to your credit card company. They give everyone else a bad name

If you see their BBB bureau page you'll see they've got numerous complaints but if the complaints aren't being made to FTC they'll continue to take money and not deliver.
I would advise everyone who has had issues with Ncrowd to go file a complaint through https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/#crnt

Call your credit card company and tell them to cancel the transactions

I got my money back because Carl who always answered, got it back to me. Credit card disputes also always work for me. Above I see that they have gone bankrupt or acquired or whatever. I loved the stuff just not the customer service

I would post a bad review on this website, if you notice from previous reviews someone from NCrowd usually responds although they may be out of business or have changed their name at this point. Last resort is file a complaint with the better business bureau. Good luck!
