I got my money back from these jerks - by complaining to Better Business Bureau, and by writing the Minnesota Attorney General about their horrible business practices. This company never responded to me, but they hopped to it when I involved the BBB and Atty General! Don't pull any punches, and you will get satisfaction.

Their customer service is terrible but eventually you will receive it. It does weeks and weeks.
I don't know how they sleep at night knowing they are deliberately screwing us all over and not making an attempt to fix it.
I can't help you. Sorry... They WILL NOT HONOR the credit/refund policy and keep sending me a canned response each time I write. Horrible CS! Sorry!
